Glass Walking Retreat

The wellness retreat that took place on January 21st, 2024, was centered around mindfulness, wellness, and empowerment. The day commenced with a tension, stress, and worry-releasing exercise, followed by a rejuvenating yoga practice and empowering breathwork. Participants were then treated to an unforgettable experience of walking across shards of broken glass, which was followed by a calming meditation session aimed at releasing stress and tension. The retreat emphasized the power of mind over matter, connection to each other, and an open heart.
