Located at our indoor location in Ballyheigue, this uniquely converted shed has everything you need to be consistant and reach your goals. Our programs are designed for all levels of experience and our expert instructors will guide you through your journey to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

Reece Smith
Reece is a wellness coach with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He offers one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, and bootcamps. Empowering individuals and teams with unique experiences. Reece specializes in helping people feel empowered. overcoming limiting beliefs through NLP, breathwork, and meditations. His coaching focuses on developing the mind, body, and breath to help individuals or teams break down barriers and build confidence. Reece also specializes in breathwork for letting go, trauma, grief or stress.
Dee O'Halloran
Dee has been a Yoga teacher for over 5 years while being in the wellness industry for over 10 years. Dee has a soothing and calming aura which combined with her meditation facilitation and breathwork can only bring the best out of the persons experience.
